Le 999, winner of the 2001-2002 BOMA Award, is a majestic 18-storey tower draped with reflecting blue-gray tinted glass and skillfully chiseled granite panels.

At ground level, one cannot help but admire the sunset-pink, polished granite façade accentuated by subtle green and black overtones, which undoubtedly sets Le 999 apart from surrounding buildings.

Slightly higher up, still on the façade, circular windows reassert the architectural signature inspired by the major postmodern buildings of New York and Chicago.

Entering Le 999, visitors are once again struck by the spectacular effect produced by the octagonal shape and two-storey high dome ceiling of the main lobby.
